Class Offerings

Our mission has always been to bring you a diverse range of yoga and modern movement offerings for body, mind, and soul. We are big advocates for providing our active mountain community with classes to nourish our souls and unwind, but also to strengthen our bodies so that we can live our best active lives as possible!

Our main offerings are Vinyasa, Sculpt, Barre, and Yin, but you’ll notice that we sprinkle in tons of offerings to complement and balance these class types. No matter what classes you decide to take, you’ll always find the best teachers who offer up what they are most passionate about, which is serving this community authentically.

Yoga

Vinyasa Flow

An all-levels yoga flow designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, and presence. This class links breath with movement through yoga postures, breathwork, and subtle yogic philosophy. Expect a moving meditation with a calm, yoga-chill playlist that leaves you feeling centered, refreshed, and energized.

Room Temperature: Approximately 95°F

Vin Yin

A balanced blend of active flow and deep release. The first half of class uses Vinyasa-style movement to build warmth, strength, and energy. The second half slows down into Yin-inspired postures with longer holds, breath awareness, and deep relaxation.

Room Temperature: Approximately 85–90°F

Yin

A slow, grounding practice designed to help you stretch, settle, and calm the body and mind. Yin uses longer-held postures, stillness, breath awareness, and meditation to support mobility, joint health, fascial release, and deep relaxation.

Power Flow

A challenging, dynamic yoga class that blends Vinyasa-style movement with cardio, strength, and flexibility training. Set to an upbeat playlist, Power Flow is designed to elevate your heart rate, build heat, and push your practice while still staying rooted in yoga.

Restorative Yoga

A deeply restful practice focused on relaxation, comfort, and nervous-system support. Using blankets, bolsters, blocks, and optional eye masks, this class helps the body fully settle into supported postures. It is a great reset after skiing, biking, working, or simply moving through a busy week.

Barre

Power Bar

A full-body barre-inspired workout that blends yoga, strength work, bodyweight resistance, and cardio bursts. Props such as hand weights, resistance bands, sliders, and blocks may be used to increase intensity and support a strong, sweaty, energizing class.

Strength

HIIT + Flow

A high-energy class that starts with full-body circuit training and finishes with yoga flow and stretching.

The first half builds strength and cardiovascular endurance through timed circuits, while the second half helps you slow down, stretch, and reset.

Room Temperature: Approximately 90°F

Strong 60 Strong X 45

A strength-focused class using heavier weights, interval training, and strategic repetition to target specific muscle groups. Expect an upbeat warmup followed by kettlebells, dumbbells, steps, and other props in a timed format. All levels are welcome.

Power Sculpt

A high-intensity class combining yoga-inspired movement, strength drills, bodyweight resistance, and cardio bursts. Props such as hand weights, resistance bands, sliders, and blocks may be used to build heat, increase the challenge, and create a serious full-body workout.

Kid Yoga

Babies and Barre

A non-heated, mama- and baby-friendly barre class for pregnant mamas and caregivers with babies. This low-impact, strength-focused class supports full-body toning, posture, and core stability with smart modifications for pregnancy, postpartum bodies, and baby-wearing. Expect upbeat music, intentional movement, and a supportive, real-life-friendly environment.

Sunday Reset

A calming class designed to help you unwind from the weekend and prepare for the week ahead. This practice combines gentle flow, grounding Yin postures, breathwork, and meditation to ease stress and support a peaceful reset.

Babies and Barre

A non-heated, mama- and baby-friendly barre class for pregnant mamas and caregivers with babies. This low-impact, strength-focused class supports full-body toning, posture, and core stability with smart modifications for pregnancy, postpartum bodies, and baby-wearing. Expect upbeat music, intentional movement, and a supportive, real-life-friendly environment.

Kids Yoga: Ages 5-10

A playful yoga class created for kids ages 5–10. Students explore yoga in a fun, age-appropriate way through movement, music, mindfulness, storytelling, art projects, and community connection. Expect singing, dancing, skipping, laughing, stretching, and plenty of imagination.

New to Love Yoga?

A dynamic practice linking breath to movement. Expect to build heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength. Sequences vary by instructor but always offer a balanced, full-body experience.
