What do you teach and what to expect?

Yoga, Barre, Sculpt & HIIT. In my classes you can expect a well curated playlist, strong movement, intentional sequencing, yoga philosophy, thoughtful savasana, harmonium playing and chanting, self love, and high vibes!

How did you end up in the Flathead Valley?

I grew up in Montana in a tiny town east of the Rockies (on the windy AF plains) called Shelby. My grandparents who were from Cut Bank built a home on Whitefish lake back in the 60s, when the road was still gravel all the way out past the BIG turnoff. I spent summers and monthly vacations in Whitefish, which was the most enchanting place ever when I was little! I always wanted to move here permanently. Dream came true! After college, I met my now husband who is from Eureka, and who shared the same dream of living here. Now we both own our own businesses and raise our two daughters and beloved dog Cupcake out on Whitefish lake.

Where would we see you outside of LOVE?

Hanging with my family and dog! With both my and my husband’s families being from Montana, we have lots of family nearby. We’re usually between here and Eureka, spending time with family, enjoying our home and many friends. I also spend a lot of my free time at the studio taking class or hanging out, because that’s also a piece of my heart and where my acquired family lives.

Surprising fun fact about you?

I used to be a school teacher and taught in Browning, MT for two years and then in Bangkok, Thailand for another two. I traveled all around SE Asia (Laos, Cambodia, Philippians, India, Indonesia, Japan, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam) and that’s also where my husband surprised me and proposed- at the highest rooftop bar in all of Bangkok!
